Returns

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Our Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. We’ve extended this beyond the statutory minimum because we want the process to be as straightforward as possible for you.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return your item must:

  • Be in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Be completely unopened and unused
  • Be returned with any accessories or free gifts included with it


Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used hair care, beauty or grooming products. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Opened or used hair care and beauty products
  • Opened or used grooming products
  • Items marked as non returnable at the time of purchase
  • Perishable goods

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Use the Start Your Return form at the bottom of this page, entering your order number and email address. Once your request has been submitted:

  • Package your item securely in its original packaging
  • Take it to your nearest Post Office within 14 days of your cancellation notice
  • Obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit


Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued by us.

Please note that we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Wrong Item Received

If you have received the wrong product please contact us at [email protected] before submitting a return request. We will send out the correct item and arrange collection of the incorrect item free of charge.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
